The artist retains copyright and may post the artwork in their portfolio. The client receives personal use rights only. Commercial use requires an additional fee. Alterations without permission, use in AI systems, or resale are prohibited.
Clients may request a full refund if the artwork has not started. A partial refund of 40% is available if the artwork is in progress (post-sketch stage).
Revisions are limited to one major change (redesign or adding new elements) during the sketch stage and up to three minor changes (color adjustments or small details) thereafter. Additional major adjustments may incur extra fees.
